Is my donation tax deductible?

The Cheer Guild is a not-for-profit organization, section 501©(3). All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Do I have to volunteer to become a member of The Cheer Guild?
There are different levels of membership. All members commit to paying annual dues. Sustaining members may volunteer periodically outside of the hospital on behalf of The Cheer Guild. Active members volunteer on a regular basis within the hospital and follow Clarian Volunteer Services requirements of volunteers.
How much are individual membership dues?

Membership dues are $15.00 annually

How much are chapter membership dues?

Chapter membership dues are $15.00 for the group annually

How much are corporate chapter membership dues?

Corporate chapter membership dues are currently $15.00 for the corporation

Can I donate gently used toys and books?

No, due to infection control policies within the hospitals, The Cheer Guild is unable to accept gently used toys and books.

How can I help The Cheer Guild?

The Cheer Guild is a not-for-profit, section 501©(3) organization. We are also a volunteer hospital auxiliary. We are always looking for new volunteers, committee members and board members. We rely heavily on new, donated toys and handmade items for our Toy Room. In addition, we would not be able to continue with our mission without financial support from the community.
